Career Opportunities

  • Home Caregiver

    Provides support for activities of daily living which include homemaker and personal care services for the client in his/her home as identified, taught and monitored by the PHC Plus based on the individal client needs.

  • Personal/Companion Caregiver

    Provides household services, Personal and Companion care for the client in his or her home. Works under the supervision of the Supervisor or designee. 

  • Homemaker

    Provides household services, Personal and Companion care for the client in his or her home. Works under the supervision of the Supervisor or designee. 

  • IHSS Caregiver

    Provides Health Maintenance Activities and support for activities of daily living which include homemaker and personal care services for the client in his/her home as identified, taught and monitored by the Registered Nurse in the IHSS Plan to meet the specific needs of the client.
